At Activa Homes Group, we pride ourselves on our excellence in customer service and our high levels of customer satisfaction. We are aware that to achieve excellence in these areas, our team must be constantly reviewing and improving our interactions with clients at all stages of the project.
Our team is aware that excellence in customer service is more about our client’s personal experience than our in-house systems and procedures. As a custom designer and builder of residential homes and unit developments, Activa Homes Group also custom delivers excellence in service to each of our clients based on their unique needs and expectations.
Our sales estimating team pride themselves on informing our clients of the true cost of their project, and work closely with the client to deliver their project based on their budget and vision.
From the outset, clients are welcome to request materials and specifications outside of our ‘normal’ range and these requests are priced and presented separately so that the client can make an informed choice.
I have worked within the Building Industry in various roles including roof carpentry, estimation and scheduling, supervision & management, and have run my own Building and Development Companies since 1999.
As Director of Activa Homes Group, I also take on the role of sales and ensure that our clients are happy with the progress and quality of the homes we build. Our company is about more than building properties; it’s about building relationships with our clients so that they can achieve their desired wealth and lifestyle goals.
I am passionate about building and investing and Activa Homes Group allows me to follow my passion by working with clients and investors on all types of construction projects.
By doing what I am doing, it doesn’t actually feel like work is a chore and that is reflected by the satisfaction of Activa’s staff and clients.
I have also been a judge for the Housing Industry Association as I believe in giving back to the Industry that has provided me with so many opportunities.
As General Manager I am involved in the daily running of Activa and oversee projects from initial contact with our clients, throughout construction and until after hand over.
I promote and strive to give our clients excellent customer service. I also have a hands on role in estimating and scheduling projects, as well as specialising in contractual and technical queries. I enjoy working personally with our clients & our team and especially for Jason.
I believe Jason always does the right thing by everyone he deals with, which is the type of person and company that I enjoy working for, as I share similar values.
As Office Manager I am involved in various roles including accounts management, human resources and business development and marketing. My background in teaching means that I have the organisational skills required to take on so many roles within the company.
I enjoy working with our team and clients to build not just bricks and mortar but also opportunity; whether that be helping to design homes that give our clients the space to have the whole family over for lunch, or becoming involved in investments that create passive income streams.
We are truly a family based company that values communication and flexibility.
I organise the daily running’s on site which entails the organisation of trades and suppliers as well as ensuring the quality of works on site.
Unlike other builders, my clients have my phone number so if they have any questions they can call me directly to discuss or meet me on site.
Activa is a family oriented company and I enjoy working with all the people within the office where everyone’s ideas can be heard.
My role to is to assist the management team and building supervisor with tasks such as drafting a letter of proposal and specification for potential clients, quantifying a house, ordering materials, cost control of a project etc.
I aim to help by assisting in ensuring that the entire building process for clients is as smooth and efficient as it possibly can be.
At Activa, we have a fantastic team whose hard work, attention to detail, endeavour and customer service, reflect the number of awards and finalist positions that we have won.
As a trainee estimator/scheduler, I am learning all of the different aspects that go into building a new home. My role to is to create orders for our suppliers & subcontractors as well as assist our clients with variations.
I am looking forward to learning more about the building industry from an inside perspective.
As part of the Activa Team, I am focused on getting the best results for both our clients and our company.
I have always been passionate about residential building and when I considered returning to the workforce after raising my family, the natural choice was to work with a reputable builder. Having a background in Structural Engineering, I wanted to utilise my skills and knowledge to assist others through what can be a daunting experience.
As Administration Assistant, I am involved in the early stages of Contract preparation, submitting Building Permits and all the way through to the Prestart and Construction journey. I believe a sign of a good builder is good communication and the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner, which is why I strive to help Activa meet these standards.
It’s important to me to be a respected and valued team member delivering quality homes and I feel like I have found the perfect place here at Activa Homes Group.
As one of Activa’s building supervisors, I am responsible for the daily organisation of trades and suppliers to site. I possess over 33 years experience in the building industry and believe this only enhances the already unsurpassed building process you’ll go through when choosing Activa.
My jovial, yet professional manner ensures clients feel both comfortable in dealing with me personally, and confident in my ability to coordinate the smooth delivery of their dream home.
