Activa Homes Group is an award winning home builder and property developer in Perth.  Our company was born out of the realisation that building and property investment can be used as a way to improve the lifestyle of our family, friends, clients and others.

Activa Developments began in March 2012.  In 2019, the decision was made to evolve the business into Activa Homes Group Pty Ltd; trading as Activa Custom Homes, Activa Developments and Activa Design Service. This change has allowed our company to refocus and more effectively promote the three pillars of our core business.

Our target market are those clients who want to build their home their way; relying on the professionalism, expertise, experience and award-winning personalised service that Activa can deliver.  What sets us apart from other builders is that we are about more than bricks and mortar.  Our goal is to build relationships with our clients so that we can help them achieve their own goals.
