Our history

Activa Homes Group Pty Ltd began as Activa Developments in March 2012.  In 2019, the decision was made to strategically promote the business by evolving into Activa Homes Group Pty Ltd; trading as Activa Custom Homes, Activa Developments and Activa Design Service. This change has allowed the company to refocus it’s offerings to clients; more effectively promoting the three pillars of it’s core business since inception.

Managed by Director Jason Janssen, the company has six in-office staff and two Supervisors.   Activa contracts to approximately 70 trades; many of whom have undertaken works on a regular basis since the company’s inception.

Activa Homes Group services the Perth greater metropolitan region; from the coast to the hills and everywhere in between.  Trading as Activa Custom Homes, the company offers clients custom designed and built homes ranging in price from $140k to $1mil+.  It is our belief that our client is entitled to the best that they can get for their budget.

Our investment arm, Activa Developments, is for investors in the unit property market.  Activa Developments offers investors services including sourcing land, feasibility studies, liaising with council and turn-key product. For the first time in 2019, Activa Developments will also be offering investors the opportunity to be involved in a house and land package development project.
