I was referred to Activa by a friend whose house was built by Activa. Professional and caring are the two words that describes Activa aptly. We started building with Activa in Oct 2022 and the 2 storey build is now nearing lock-up. We did not encounter any of the delays that other builders (especially the big ones) are having and the workmanship has been top class. Activa have an open line of communication to anyone including Jason and have been very responsive in answering to queries and solving issues. Definitely recommend Activa to anyone considering to build a quality home.

Good is an understatement of what Activa Homes is and the services they provide. The two closest words to what I would describe Activa Homes are magnificent and outstanding. Everything that this company does is done professionally. Emails were replied within a jiffy, matters and issues were answered promptly, and most importantly, the feeling of being put in the dark was never experienced. Deadlines were always met and expectations were transcended at every point of the development. Everything was done with heaps of care and attention which made our confidence and trust in Activa Homes to grow throughout the entire development. We’re beyond thankful and will always remain indebted to Activa Homes for their services and hospitality.

Overall really happy with the quality and service we experienced.

AD helped built our first custom built home and today we received our keys! AD team has been amazing since day one. Without them, we could not have built our dream home so smoothly. I am a very particular customer, some say demanding. I ask millions of very detailed questions and not once did AD team made me feel that I was a pain, even when my closet friends and family members said I was. Nothing was ever too difficult for AD team. They are always polite, honest, professional and very accommodating. I would like to express that it has been a pleasure to deal with Activa Developments since day one …which was quite a few years ago. The professional and structured yet flexible way that the company operates is a credit to everyone in the company. We have seen ups and downs over the last few years but throughout there has been a mutual and consistent business relationship amongst us that I am proud to be part of. In all this time I have only ever needed to attend the office once (as most of our work is on site) however it immediately occurred to me that this was not just some sterile office… it had people that were enthusiastic, helpful and professional. Very pleased with the process of building our investment property with Activa.  The attraction for us, outside of providing a competitive price and excellent service, is that we had access to the owner of the business and weren't roadblocked by a receptionist like many builders we had used previously.
