We were introduced to Activa Homes group by a friend who had built with Activa and highly recommended them to us.. We were very impressed with the final product of their house and that started our building process with Activa.
As it was our fist time building, we were not sure what to expect and having spoken to a few reputable builders in Perth, we decided to go ahead with Activa.
Jason, the owner, was very patient with us and having dealt with him in the initial stages of the process, we found him very honest, candid and knowledgeable as we had quite a fair bit of questions and requests prior. We were then introduced to Peter, the General Manager who was equally patient and took the time to answer every single question my wife and I had (trust me it was a lot!) and was super efficient in his turnaround time to respond to us.
Sharon was brilliant in helping us through the pre-start process. Very good with ideas and gave us a lot of practical advice. Not forgetting Alex & Jo too.
Finally, we would like to mention the brilliant supervisors namely Brad and Pete. Brad was on top of everything and was easily reachable to answer all queries / concerns we had regarding the building process. He was very fast and prompt in responding to issues.
No doubt it’s an unprecedented time in the construction sector but Activa stood head and shoulders above many builders in helping us to overcome delays and cost blow outs as we have heard a lot of horror stories from friends who are building at the same time as us.
All and all, we have been blown away by the excellent customer service and the final quality of our house. We would definitely recommend Activa Homes as a builder of choice to friends and family. Kudos to the great team at Activa led by Jason Janssen.
If we were to build another home again, we would not hesitate to use them as our preferred first choice builder!
