Dream of being a jetsetter on a remote tropical island? Bring the island to you with a pool and tropical gardens.  Or indulge your passion for people watching from a front verandah with room for seating.

Inside your home, there is even more scope to add personality.  During the build, it could be the style and layout of the cabinets that you choose.  A dark and dramatic gourmet kitchen could add flair to your next dinner party.  A servery window to the alfresco BBQ area if you enjoy outside entertaining.  Are you a collector?  Think about wall niches and star lighting to show off treasured objects and artwork.

Paint choice can also make a big difference; be it light and bright, calm and collected or bold and daring.  Not sure you want to commit to repainting in the future if your tastes change?  Stick with neutrals and add personality through your furnishings instead.
