At Activa Homes Group, we can offer you all of this.  We work closely with each of our clients to create a concept drawing of what our clients truly want in a home.  This goes beyond making a few superficial changes to a standard template; it is the creation of a truly bespoke home.  This design is then taken all the way through to working drawings for submission to council.  Our in house pre-start consultant will assist you with all of your colour and material choices.  There is a standard list of inclusions that you can choose from; but if there is something unique that you would like, we can work with you to make that happen.
